The Restaurant
Established in May 2005, Sage,
The Restaurant is home to Chef Jusman So’s Modern European cuisine.
After spending almost 3 years at the lovely Robertson Walk, Sage, The
Restaurant is now located at one of Mohamed Sultan Road’s conservation
shophouses. Built in the late 19th century, Mohamed Sultan Road is now home to many quaint restaurants and shops.
With a maximum seating capacity of only 38 covers, the restaurant strives to ensure consistent standards of food
quality and customer service. The restaurant’s open-kitchen concept extends to its new premises at Mohamed Sultan
Road. Diners are provided with a fantastic view of Jusman at work. Multiple turnovers are avoided as good food and
wine shared in the company of good friends and family should be relished..
Chef Jusman So
Having worked alongside various Michelin Star Chefs during his stay at the Hilton Singapore’s Harbor
Grill & Oyster Bar, Jusman knows exactly how to entice you with outstanding dishes that emphasize taste,
freshness and creativity. Jusman is best known infusing traditional French classics with his own unique
style and sophistication.
