Valentine's Day Menu - 13 & 14 February 2010
Dear Guests,
Our Valentine's Day menu will be served on both Saturday, 13 February and Sunday, 14 February. Our regular a la carte menu and menu degustation will not be served on Valentine's Day itself. However, we will be serving our regular a la carte menu in addition to the Valentine's Day menu on Saturday, 13 February. Ocean Trout
Gravlax of ocean trout marinated with dill and dry gin, celery root mousseline with Avruga caviar and pomegranate glaze

Venison shank slow cooked in red wine with ricotta gnocchi and root vegetables, poached bone marrow and shaved black winter truffles
