Valentine's Day Menu - 13 & 14 February 2010
Dear Guests,
Our Valentine's Day menu will be served on both Saturday, 13 February and Sunday, 14 February. Our regular a la carte menu and menu degustation will not be served on Valentine's Day itself. However, we will be serving our regular a la carte menu in addition to the Valentine's Day menu on Saturday, 13 February. Escargot & Prawn Gratin of Burgundy escargot and tiger prawn bits flambéed with pastis, paella rice with garlic and fresh parsley ~~~~~
Cod Roasted fillet of cod topped with prawn and cognac butter, roasted Spanish red pepper stuffed with cod brandade, lemon confit and saffron cream

Venison Venison shank slow cooked in red wine with ricotta gnocchi and root vegetables, poached bone marrow and shaved black winter truffles ~~~~~
